The Fine Print
Vouchers are redeemable 72hrs after purchase and must be given as payment on arrival. Bookings need to be made in advance with the voucher unique reference code and are subject to availability. Bank holidays and seasonal events are excluded. Spa treatments cannot be booked alone, and must be part of a stay or spa day. We need 48hrs notice to cancel a booking, anything less and the full experience cost will be charged. Vouchers can be used once and will not be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost. The full voucher value must be used in one transaction, any outstanding value cannot be retained for a separate visit. Please contact us for permission before promotional or commercial use.
